Nothing is shipped
Ghotly AI is a software service: a Windows desktop app and this website. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.
How a plan is delivered
- A plan is delivered to your Ghotly AI account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- It works at once on the website and in the Windows app when you sign in with the same account, on up to 3 PCs.
- The Windows app itself is free to download from the download page.
- We send no email to deliver a plan: your account page shows it under Plan & payments.
If the plan does not show
If your account still shows the free plan 15 minutes after paying, please do not pay again. Write to support@ghotlyai.in or open a ticket on the support page with the payment id and the time you paid. A purchase that is not delivered is refunded in full, see the refund policy.
