Your resume details, app settings and your last 30 interviews (the questions and answers, never screenshots) are saved on your PC and, encrypted, to your Ghotly AI account, so a new PC or a reinstall starts where the old one stopped. Only your signed-in account can read them, and you can switch the sync off in the app or delete it all under Account > Privacy & data. Your API keys stay on your PC; when you press Test on one, an encrypted copy is also saved to your account. Signing in with Google, your account record and a usage heartbeat go through our servers too; audio goes to Deepgram and prompts, screenshots and any resume file you upload go to the AI provider you picked.
